My Priorities
PUSD is facing important challenges, but I believe there are opportunities to strengthen our schools through thoughtful leadership, collaboration, and accountability. Here are the priorities I'll bring to the board.
Before any further cuts to classrooms are considered,
I will push for an independent, board-commissioned audit of district administrative spending — separate from any school consolidation planning.Â
Families deserve to know every option has been fully explored before programs or staff are cut. Every budget decision represents real students, educators, and families. My goal is to ensure every option has been carefully considered before classroom resources are affected.

Every major decision affecting our schools should be made in the open, in full compliance with the law, with families, educators, and staff genuinely part of the conversation from the start — not informed after decisions are already made.
Every decision I make will be guided by one question: What's best for students?
